Deliveries within Germany:

Deliveries abroad:

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain:
    shipping costs €14.90 per order
  • Finland, Sweden:
    shipping costs €19.90 per order
  • Norway:
    shipping costs €19.90 per order
  • Switzerland:
    shipping costs CHF 24.90 per order, free shipping from CHF 59.00

We do not ship to other countries.

We aim to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the shipping method you choose.

Delivery times

Unless the offer states a different delivery time, the following applies:

  • Deliveries within Germany: usually within 2 to 3 working days after the contract is concluded (for prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
  • Deliveries abroad: within 2 to 8 working days, to Switzerland within 5 to 8 working days after the contract is concluded (for prepayment, after receipt of your payment).

Important:

  • There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If you order items with different delivery times, we ship the whole order in one parcel unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time then follows the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
  • The delivery times stated are standard transit times based on the experience of our shipping service provider (DHL). We have no influence on the actual transit time. In individual cases, for example when DHL is very busy, on public holidays or in unforeseen circumstances, delays can occur.

We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible and deliver it on time.
